Superior Alliance Elevator offers three levels of elevator service contracts based on your needs: PMC 1000 - This is our flagship service contract. Routine maintenance procedures are performed during normal business hours. Breakdowns and emergency calls are covered 24 hours a day at no extra charge, regardless of frequency or time of day. PMC 500 - This is our standard service contract. As with the PMC 1000, routine maintenance procedures are performed during normal business hours. Breakdowns and emergency calls between 8AM to 4PM Monday through Friday are covered at no extra charge. Calls outside these hours are subject to a nominal overtime charge. PMC 300- This is our basic service contract. Routine inspection and lubrication is performed during normal business hours. Any parts used and labor to replace parts are billed to the customer as additional charges. Breakdowns and emergency calls are subject to full billable rates. It is our highest priority to provide complete customer satisfaction throughout our maintenance and repair service, all for your convenience and protection. This is why we have quality, reliable emergency service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for these unexpected breakdowns that occur from time to time. |
